We are currently seeking three experienced Fullstack Agile Engineers to join a dedicated DevOps team. As a Fullstack Agile Engineer, you will play a vital role in developing and designing robust IT solutions, acting as a bridge between business and technical knowledge, and contributing to the overall development process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop sustainable IT solutions that are both reliable and efficient.
• Serve as the link between technical and business knowledge, ensuring smooth communication and solution alignment.
• Translate user stories into detailed technical solutions and integration designs, adhering to architecture guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with software developers, UX designers, business experts, and the Product Owner to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Work alongside IT Solution Architects and Solution Designers to ensure technical coherence and alignment with the company’s IT framework.
• Refine and review business requirements to optimize infrastructure usage and IT systems.
• Ensure that software development follows industry best practices and coding standards.
• Contribute to the team’s Agile norms and software design practices, ensuring high standards for solution development.
• Implement secure software development practices and ensure security protocols are followed throughout the software lifecycle.
• Promote and advocate for best practices in application solutions and application security within the IT team.
• Share knowledge of software development and solution design best practices with team members to foster continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

• Over 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack development.
• Proficient in the following tech stack: Angular 15+, HTML, CSS, TypeScript, JavaScript, .NET Core, and Microsoft Azure Cloud solutions.
• Solid experience with Optimizely (formerly EpiServer CMS) development.
• Familiarity with MS DevOps, MS Visual Studio, Git, and GitFlow.
• Experience with DAST (Dynamic Application Security Testing) and SAST (Static Application Security Testing) tools.
• Strong experience with automatic unit and integration testing.
• A passion for driving value-creating software development and fostering innovation.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• At least 3 years of experience working within Agile frameworks and Agile software development methodologies.
• Experience with Solution Design and IT architecture, especially within web and cloud solutions, is a plus.
• Proficient in API design and management.
